Staging: Befores & Afters
Selling a home in Charlottetown can be quite challenging as the market is competitive and the inventory high. Consulting a professional stager is always a choice that will benefit you, but in a "buyers market" it is vital in giving your home an advantage over the competition.
Recently a friend of mine and her listed their house for sale on their own (with assistance through Property Guys). She asked me to give them some advice, so I happily did a walk through and did up a Staging Report. I have to add that my friend took my suggestions and went above and beyond and worked her butt off!
